Residential Conversion, Watford High Street
Working once more in conjunction with Koopmans Property Asset Management, we are currently developing plans for the conversion of the first floor of this property in central Watford. Once complete, the scheme will transform the currently redundant floor plate into 2 spacious new apartments, maximising the value of the property for our client and providing much needed housing for the town.
Residential Conversion, Basingstoke
In conjunction with Koopmans Property Asset Management, we have recently completed plans for the conversion of the first floor of this former banking hall on a main shopping street in central Basingstoke. Once complete, the scheme will transform the currently redundant floor plate into 3 new apartments.
Spencer House, Dorset
In response to our client’s initial brief, we developed ambitious concept plans for the complete modernisation and redevelopment of their detached property in stages on this large and spacious rural plot.

The first stage, which has been recently completed to our design and instruction, involves the creation of a large, kitchen and family space to the rear of the property through the removal of internal walls and the insertion of large Bi-Fold Doors to access the garden. The steelwork inserted into the property has been designed to take the weight of the proposed future first floor bedrooms and their balconies - we await further instruction with some anticipation.

Tarr House, Poole
Although developed within the confines of the permitted development regulations, our proposal will significantly enlarge and improve this property. The works will enable our client to convert their roofspace to provide 2 new sun filled double bedrooms and a generous galleried open plan living room without the need for a planning application.
Cox House, Chiswick
Our clients appointed us to develop proposals for the enlargement and modernisation of their property within very tight timescales. We were able to suggest extensions and alterations to the roof and the rear that considerably enlarged and improved the property without the need for planning permission. The completed project transformed the property and gave our clients sufficient quality and volume of space to create a large, modern family home.
Suscens House, Bournemouth
Working closely with our clients and their family, we have built upon a previous approval to extend and re-organise their home from a small, compromised and out dated property into a roomy modern home. Our work included working closely on room layouts, fitted furniture, external spaces and outbuildings to maximise the opportunity for flexibility and storage inside and out whilst ensuring that space and light was exploited to the maximum.

Park Cottage, Dorset
Inform were employed to complete extensions and alterations to this property in rural Dorset. We took the existing planning approval that the previous owner had obtained and we adapted the plans to create a home that was more suitable for our clients and his family. We then successfully negotiated several amendments to the planning approval with the local authority and completed a working drawing package enabling our clients to complete the transformation of their property.
Beach Apartment, Bournemouth
Our commission initially involved an investigation into the potential for increasing the size and quality of space in this duplex holiday apartment which benefits from wide sea views and stunning double height spaces. After each option was explored with the client, design team and the property management company, we refined the scope of the project to produce a proposal which will add a third bedroom and a new study area within the existing volume without spoiling the open, light and spacious feel of the property.
