Lymington Town Sailing Club
We worked closely alongside the various interest groups within the sailing club in order to develop plans for the complete modernisation of the existing changing facilities. The works were completed in March 2015.
Boulton-Baluch House, Christchurch
Working solely within the confines of the permitted development regulations, our proposals transformed this property and virtually doubled its floorspace. The scheme converted the original 3-bedroom bungalow into a modern, spacious and light filled home with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Our clients now benefit from a first floor Master Suite, an expansive, open plan living space under a vaulted ceiling and a much improved relationship with their beautiful garden.
Holling House, Christchurch
We have worked on this property over a number of years, re-planning the internal layout to make better use of space and natural light as well modernising the appearance of the property inside and out. With our help, our clients have transform their property into a beautiful contemporary home.

Gazzard Cottage, New Forest
We worked closely alongside our client and the rest of the design team on this project to develop a scheme for the sensitive conversion of a former stable block into a new dwelling within the New Forest National Park. The final scheme successfully addressed all the complex requirements of the National Park’s planning authority and will provide a new, 2-bedroom home for the client’s mother.
Temple House, Holloway
This project will see the addition of an entire new third floor to this Victorian mansion terrace property in Islington’s St John’s Grove conservation area. Our clients were looking to add an additional floor to accommodate an area of the property in which their two sons could live in a self-sufficient manner. We investigated several ways in which this could be achieved and the final solution came about after successful consultation with the Planning Authority and their conservation officer. The rooms will be housed within a slate clad Mansard roof and will provide an additional living room and bathroom and will benefit from spectacular views over the city.
Dunkerley House, Bournemouth
A simple but transformative single storey rear extension to a semi-detached Edwardian home providing enlarged and modernised living and cooking spaces and additional natural light which was completed without the need for a planning application. In order to complete the construction, we successfully negotiated a Party Wall agreement with the neighbours without the need to appoint a surveyor.

Riley House, Twickenham
This project involved a single storey extension and internal remodelling completed within the limitations of the permitted development regulations. The works provided our clients and their young family with enlarged and modernised living and cooking spaces at the rear of their property with a new utility room and a spacious, sun bathed new patio area reached through a Bi-Fold door set which blurs the divide between inside and out.
Waters House, Dorset
Extensions and alterations to a detached bungalow in order to enlarge the living spaces and provide an additional bathroom. Although simple in concept, the rear extension will also enable an internal re-organisation of the spaces which will dramatically improve the scale and quality of the accommodation.
